TOPSKY F.C. is a club that operates as a foundation: football is our platform, but young people are our purpose.

Why We Exist

Football Opens the Door. We Walk Kids Through It.

Across Ghana, extraordinary young talent goes unseen because opportunity depends on where you were born and what your family can pay. The TOPSKY Foundation was created to break that link.

Every academy place is fully funded — coaching, education, kit, meals, medical care, and housing where needed. No academy family ever receives a bill. The club's commercial income, led by our presenting partnership with JOI Daddi, funds the foundation's work.

Our Commitments

  • 100% school enrollment — no schooling, no football. Every player stays in education through age 18.
  • Free identification — no child ever pays to trial for TOPSKY.
  • Life after football — vocational pathways and scholarship support for players who don't turn professional.
  • Safeguarding first — vetted staff, trained welfare officers, and a published child-safeguarding policy.

Where the Money Goes

Sky Scholars

Full school fees, uniforms, books, and tutoring for all 120+ academy players, plus 40 community scholarships each year for non-academy students.

JOI Daddi Community Fund

Sponsored camp places, free community clinics in underserved neighbourhoods, and annual equipment drives for our 16 partner clubs.

Health & Wellbeing

Club doctor and physio care for every player, health screening at every identification day, and nutrition support including daily training meals.
